Compass Homes QLD offers a range of concept design packages for new builds, renovations and developments. We utilise the latest technologies in Virtual Reality to give our clients a truely immersive experience within their home design before the first brick is laid. This helps with understanding the flow and space within the design that a 2D and 3D image can not give, and allows our clients to make changes to the concept plans before they are finalised.
New Builds:
Standard Concept Design Package: ($999.00 including GST)
- We work closely with you to make your home ideas and Wishlist into a creative and functional design that fits within your allocated budget.
- Once the concept design for your dream home is completed you will receive a copy of the 2D plans and a quote for your build.
VR Concept Design Package: ($1,899.00 including GST)
- Includes the standard concept design package services, plus...
- The 2D concept plans will be converted to virtual reality
- Your will have 2 x 30min Virtual Reality review sessions, where you will be able to see your design within immersive VR.
- Once your concept design is finalised you will receive a copy of your 2D plans, the virtual reality file of your plans and a quote for your build.
Renovations:
Standard Renovation Concept Design Package: (from $699.00 including GST)
- We work with you to design your home renovations, from kitchen and bathroom renovations, to house extensions and additions
- Once the concept designs for your homes renovation is complete, you will receive a copy of the 2D plans and a quote for the renovations
VR Concept Design Package: (from $1,399.00 including GST)
- Includes the standard renovation concept design package services, plus...
- The 2D concept plans for the renovated area will be converted to virtual reality
- Your will have 2 x 30min Virtual Reality review sessions, where you will be able to see your renovation design within immersive VR.
- Once your renovation concept design is finalised you will receive a copy of your 2D plans, the virtual reality file and a quote for the renovations
